Fifeshire Road

Build your dream home with a focus on excellence, sustainability, and meticulous attention to detail. On Huron St that meant a 3.4M scope carried through ten months of construction on one of the Annex’s established residential streets.

Our role
The project

dream home built on excellence and sustainability.

Build your dream home with a focus on excellence, sustainability, and meticulous attention to detail. Our philosophy is simple: perfection lies in the details. From structural precision to bespoke finishes, each stage of construction reflects an uncompromising dedication to craftsmanship and artistry.

The timeline

Four months, and every week accounted for.

A scope of this size normally runs two or three times as long. Holding it to four months meant precise sequencing rather than a larger crew: trades booked against fixed dates, long-lead materials ordered before the schedule needed them, and no stage left waiting on the one before it.

The finish

Speed changed the planning, not the standard.

A short programme puts pressure on decisions, not on quality. Selections were settled early so nothing had to be revisited mid-build, and the finishes were installed by the same trades we use across every project. The house was handed over complete, not nearly complete.

The result

Proof that a fast schedule and a considered finish are not opposites.

Four months on site, and a home that shows no sign of having been built quickly. What made it possible was planning: the drawings, the trades, and the material orders all resolved before demolition rather than during it.
