The number we quote is the number we build to
There is a common practice in this industry: quote low to win the work, then raise the budget once the walls are open. By the time the owner realises, they are fifty per cent over and too far in to leave. Some of those projects end in legal disputes before the framing is finished.
We price the job properly at the start, even when a lower number would win it more easily. Our quotes are itemized and realistic, changes are approved in writing before they are built, and our projects finish within the budget we set. In our history, we have never had a client dispute reach a lawsuit.

Because we build as a Tarion-registered builder, every new home we deliver carries Ontario’s statutory warranty. Our responsibility does not end at handover — it is backed for years afterward, by legislation rather than by a promise.

How we work
One team from demolition through to handover
Design, permits, construction, and finishing sit with us. That removes the gaps where projects usually lose time — drawings reinterpreted, trades inheriting someone else’s assumptions, decisions made twice — and it is why our schedules hold.
Clients stay involved throughout: selections made together, regular site walk-throughs, and any change to scope priced and approved before it is built.
