Ellerslie Avenue
Ellerslie Avenue is under construction now. Rather than wait for the finished photographs, we are showing the house as it is — framing, services, and the structural work that decides everything the finishes will later sit on.
Most of what determines whether a renovation succeeds is invisible by the end. This is the stage where it is still visible.
A renovation currently on site, photographed as the work progresses.
