The site
A Willowdale teardown, replaced by a home built for today.
Willowdale is a neighbourhood mid-replacement: post-war bungalows giving way to larger family homes, street by street. Starting from demolition meant the new house could be planned around the lot properly, rather than inheriting the limits of what stood there before.

Because the same team handled demolition through to finishing, nothing was lost in handover. Structural decisions were made with the final surfaces already specified, and the finishes fit the house as drawn.
